Ritzy

 

Last friday I went with my dear friend Stephanie to have a girls day with some shopping and to talk about some rules for the upcoming event we're working on (I'll tell you guys about that in another post).

When we got to the mall I saw one of those Hollister bags that so many are walking around with now a days and I've always wanted to know what the deal was so we decided to look it up. What I first noticed once I got in was they had some perfume or something that smelt really nice so I walked around the store to try and find it and it didn't take me long to find the shelf with their body mists and lotions. I found two that I really love, they smelt like summery and sweet fruit (just the way I like my perfumes) so I had to buy them ofc! And then I found some really nice looking clothes as well but we were in a bit of a hurry so we just bought the stuff and went out. And I ofc, got myself one of those delicious looking bags. I'm definitly going back there just so I can get myself another bag with hopefully another six pack model on it. The model I got is too young for my taste but I guess it's a store for really young girls and they managed to get me in to their store and actually buying something so I guess it fills its purposes. 

 

I bought myself a body lotion that's super smooth and the skin absorbs it almost right away, I really can't stop smelling my hands it's that good. And the body mist is kinda hard to explain but it also have a sweet smell to it.

 

 

A week ago I went to Uppsala rather spontaniously to kill some time and check some stores out. 
What I've noticed was that the staff in uppsala (no matter which store) they're genuinly more happy and service minded than the staff in stockholm. God knows why. So I'm definitly going to go back to Uppsala to shop when I'm in the mood for spending money.

 

I like to watch cutiepiemarzia and zoella's vlogs and they both seem to love Lush's products so me and Erica went in to smell some of their products. And neitherless to say it wasn't quite for me. Their stuff smell really strong, you could smell the store even from the street. (that's how I found them)

I'm quite sensitive when it comes to strong smells and strong light since I get headaches easily.

But I found a few things I wanted to try out.

is actually a soap that smells like sweet lemons. I really liked the smell so I bought a quite large piece so I won't run out that easily. 

 

is actually a hard lotion block. It's mells a bit like raspberrys but it's blackcurrant lotion. It really do smell like candy and I swear I would eat it if I could.

The one downer about it is that your hands almost get black while it's wet/moist on your skin, once the skin starts to absorbe the products gets translucent... (duh)

 

is also a lotion/ massage oil that smells like lemons (once again me and my lemons). I really love it and I have it in my bag at all times in case I wish to smell more lemony or if my hands get dry. I work a lot with my hands with all kind of dangerous products so I need to spoil my hands with lotions and really take care of them. 

 

is actually some kind of toothpaste and bleacher in a pill form. You're suppose to chew it and then brush your teeth with the goo in your mouth. It's absolutely vile. It really tastes a lot like pepper.

I'm going to use it all and show you the results. If it's crap I wouldn't reccomend it since the taste is the most gruesome ever. 

 

It's another hand and body lotion.

It's for sensitive skin, made to preserve the moist and protect the skin from dragons (I'm only joking, it said on the lid that it's going to protect the skin, from what I don't know, they failed to mention so I'm asuming it's dragons)

On the lid it says that all profits will go to charity. (The lid is promising a lot of things)

Well if it's true, how can you not buy the extra large jar?

I'm not sure how to describe the smell of this, it's kinda waxy but it's super smooth and light on the skin and my hands get super soft almost right away.

It's very liquidy so the skin absorbs it almost right away.

 

It's a sampler from their "Lemon Flutter" I got it at the store after buying that big soap. I told the girl behind the counter I love lemons and so she gave me a sample of their other very fat Lemon Flutter creme for extra dry skin. So I'm using it around my nails where I tend to get really dry skin. 

It's really thick and works like magic for my poor broken nailbeds. I'm going to buy the big jar when I go back.

 

It's a sampler from the Charity pot I bought for my mother so she could try it out. If she likes it I'll buy her the big one! 

 

 

I had to try these products at the same time as I wrote about them to have my experience of them fresh in my mind. Now my poor desk and keyboard have to suffer, there's lotion fingerprints all over the place. The things I do for you guys!

 

 

I was going to post this yesterday but I tried them all out and wanted to wait until the day after to see if there was any 24h results. 

And my verdict: inconclusive results.

The only thing that really helped was the Lemon Flutter.

I get smother more silky skin from cold rainwater than any other expensive as fuck product. Would I recomend these products?

The Lemon Flutter - yes, the others? no! Well maybe if you just want something that smells good.

After work I went shopping and I found this newly opened mall and they had a huge sale on most things, and I found this very cute sport bag that I just had to buy. I'm going to use it as a dance bag since I didn't have a proper one before! :) (I used my backpack)
I've got my leg warmers, pointe shoes, ballet technique shoes /slippers, ribbons, elastic bands and skipping rope in it so far and an extra pair of tights.

I like this bag so far, it's very roomy and I think I can fit most of my things in it! 

 

 

 

 

I don't know if I've told you but I'm a huge fan of Jem and the holograms so when I found out that they had released the tv-series on DVD I just had to have it. I'm even making my very own Jem cosplay. And not just that, the producers from the G.I Joe are making a movie about Jem, I feel that this is my year!

 

 

 

 

 

 

I was suppose to go pattern shopping today but I ended up drifting the streets with my long term bff just talking about schools, and jobs and everything in between. What I didn't end up buying or doing though was what I needed to do… look for patterns.. oh well guess I'll have to skip my sleep-in tomorrow and head into the city before work.
However, I did find a few things. Like my new hat.
It reminded me of that Fresh Prince clip I love so I had to buy it.
(The funny thing about this is that I didn't buy it because outta' fashion but from nostalgia related to fresh prince…)

 

 

 

 

I know I haven't blogged in a long time it's because so many things are happening now, I'll start telling you about them like... right now.
For starters, I've finally got my entertainment group together. we'll have to decide if we want to start a 'study group' so we can borrow a dance room to practice in for way cheeper than we would if we don't start the 'study' group.
So I bought a pair of new blochs to practice in, I have a pair in each color already but I need a pair for this preformance in particilar. Why? I can't tell you right now but I'll wear this pair down faster than the ones for my ballet class that's for sure. 
So this is what I'll be doing this mornin' , just drinking some tea and sewing on the elastics. I didn't know until recently that I have a B foot, I always thought I had a C type, but I guess B makes more sense since they're my banana type of feet.

If you're wondering about this B and C talk, it's the type of shoe, a C-type of shoe is for a normal wide foot and D is for a wide foot, my other shoes are a C-type of shoe, but this B shoe fits even better. 

 

I gotta' get dressed now so I'll talk to you guys later. Hopefully my wig will arrive today... I really need it now so I can fix it and wear it for my audition.

 

 

I wanted to practice my ocarina today but I had to paint.. something first. I'll show you guys tomorrow… hopefully.
And I've got another cold :D YAY WINTER!
Oh right, well I got my ocarina yesterday? And I also got a booklet with a few lord of the ring songs. I can't wait to learn how to play it properly. Right now it just feels like I'm about to attract an owl or two. Believe it or not but it's harder than it looks.

I got my ocarina yesterday along with my package from fitnessguru.com
I ordered a few protein bars to try them out. I actually got the banana chocolate one a few months ago on my way to school when I ran across two girls who handed out some information about a new gym for girls and they gave me the chocolate banana one whey protein bar. I really liked it so I tried to find it in stores but it was almost impossible to find. So I googled it and I found the fitness guru webpage and surprise surprise they actually had it. So I ordered two and also the apple pie and chocolate orange one. Just so I could try them out. Believe it or not the apple pie actually tastes like apple pie even though it looks like any chocolate diet bar. I didn't taste much chocolate at all, just the apple and cinnamon.
I have yet to try the orange chocolate one before I order more but I'm sure I'll like it.
And they sent me some samples of a fat burner pill along with a free t-shirt. I was very surprised when they sent me these extra stuff. Especially the t-shirt hit the spot. Even though it was the largest t-shirt I've ever owned in my life, I put it to good use (I gave it to my father). I could have kept it for myself as a dress, but my dad's a former bodybuilder and still exercises, so I gave it to him so he have something to work out in.

I'll tell you more about the ocarina later today, I'll have to "paint" something first.

 

I've been working on my cosplay stuff with one of my friends Verena today :D I don't have much to share with you from today so I'll show you what I bought a few days ago. Bodyshop had a sale so I picked up their new bodybutter blueberry and their mango. 

 

 

 

My mom needed a new foundation so we went to m.a.c's store to get some professional help with finding her skintone since she's extremely picky when it comes to foundation and make up in general. She doesn't want to cake it, but she want the foundation and all make up to cover and blend everything to perfection, so we asked the make up artist if she could help my mom find a foundation. She found a foundation and an eyebrow pen so mom's excited. And I asked the make up artist to help me find a foundation for doll-makeups so she found me one really pale, and a blusher and a red eyeshadow (they didn't have that kind of red in blush so she told me an eyeshadow would also do the trick) since I wanted the really apple red cheeks for my snow white and Elsa cosplay. 

The tiny ones are a samples of a concealer and a moisturizer. 

 

 

 

I just ordered myself an ocarina... crazy huh? :D
I've always wanted one but I couldn't decide what to get (which color/material and key) and then I came across this video and I ordered it within 5 minutes while I was still listening to the song. I'm going to learn this song asp when I get my ocarina and I'll be playing it this summer or waiting for the last hobbit movie at the premiere. I hope the others in line won't mind me playing it because I'd like to see them stop me.

Oh god I'm so excited I can't wait!

 

 

I've been shopping today and I found some really nice pieces.
Most of these things was on sale and I just couldn't resist buying them. The baseball jacket was hidden in a store behind a ton of other sweaters so I think someone was trying to hide it so they could come back and buy it later but HA! Who ever you are, I beat ya' to it (sorry).

I also found a couple of wine glasses of wich I'll be drinking orange juice in or something else since I don't drink alcohol. Maybe I could plant something in them? who knows! I liked the shape of them anyway that's why I bought them.

I'll show you guys some other things I found tomorrow, I gotta' go to bed now so I can go to work tomorrow. 

 

 I found a pair of glasses today for my co-worker from a fun store with imported goods from Denmark

 

I've had my eyes on this beauty for quite some time now (I've wanted one for like 5 years I guess) but I haven't bought one until... a few minutes ago haha!

I want to have this bag with me for all kind of missions, for cosplay and when I'm out on my photoshoots. I really hope that I'll get this one before we'll be going to NY and that I can fit my laptop into it and my cameras.
This is the typical anime schoolbag for most animes, that's if they don't have a briefcase of some sort~ 

My favorite anime of all time must be K-on since it's one of those happy go lucky kind of anime, and they have bags like this. I found this bag at ebay so if you want one of your own just search for ''japanese school bag'' and you'll find these~ They have with pink straps as well.

 

Well this is my kind of idea of a shopping spree. 

I've been working on some projects all day and I decided to take a break, so me, my brother and my mom went shopping. 

I'm not a hello kitty fan but I liked the colors, I found it at Toys'R'us at the section with the lunchboxes if you want one of your own!

I always wanted the next generation boxes but they've always been super expensive, like 800SEK each, but I guess five years of waiting can put any price down. It's season 1, 19 hours of wonderful star trek <3

 

Now I'm going to watch The Conjuring before I go to sleep (brilliant huh?) guess who'll be up all night staring awkwardly at every object in my room that casts a shadow ;)

I made myself some rice with butter, salt and ketchup just to have something to chew at while watching the movie. (sounds gross but I like it) if I don't eat anything I'll probably chew on my nails or the skin around the nail and I'll start bleeding and stuff.  I must have been a piranha in my previous life.

Klickade hem ett par fuggs (fake uggs) för en billig slant. Vet inte hur pass bra dom är än (made in china liksom) men värt att testa? Speciellt med tanke på vårat slaskväder så är väl dessa skor inte det ultimata eller värt o slänga ut tusenlappar på?
Skopunkten säljer ju också fake-uggs för en billigare slant, runt 150:- så varför inte testa ett par här ifrån för 70:- och se om det är något att ha. Kommer behöva ett par ordentliga vinterskor om jag och Erica åker till USA över nyår som vi planerat.

Hi guys!

I bought a new bag for my cameras. I have a proper camera backpack with a lot of pockets for lenses and such but it's super... ugly. There I said it. It serves its purposes but it's so darn ugly and you can kinda tell it's a bag with very expensive photo or video equipment in it.

Ether way I found this at Deichmanns and it cost 299 which is an okay price for a bag. I really liked the inside with the flower design. I don't think it's that durable but it's wearable which was what I was looking for.

I'll talk to you guys tomorrow, I gotta' hit the sack so I can go to school tomorrow without falling asleep during class or lose my concentration.
