My mom needed a new foundation so we went to m.a.c's store to get some professional help with finding her skintone since she's extremely picky when it comes to foundation and make up in general. She doesn't want to cake it, but she want the foundation and all make up to cover and blend everything to perfection, so we asked the make up artist if she could help my mom find a foundation. She found a foundation and an eyebrow pen so mom's excited. And I asked the make up artist to help me find a foundation for doll-makeups so she found me one really pale, and a blusher and a red eyeshadow (they didn't have that kind of red in blush so she told me an eyeshadow would also do the trick) since I wanted the really apple red cheeks for my snow white and Elsa cosplay.
The tiny ones are a samples of a concealer and a moisturizer.
Dad told me about a store he found a few weeks ago called dollar store, and today after work he drove me there so I could look around.
Neitherless to say he shouldn't had. I found cheap make up for my cosplays worth 800 SEK plus a few movies on top of that. I don't really care if it's high quallity or not since it's for costumes as long as I can get something that does the trick.
We're going to watch mars needs moms now and have something to eat. I'll update you guys with more shopping stuff later!

Hi guys! I watched a video a few days ago on how to get plump lips. I know most would like to have lips like Angelina Jolie all plump and juicy, I'm one of them.
There's this girl on youtube talking about how to get them by using a toothbrush and vaseline by just brushing them. It's like exfoliating your lips and getting that blood circulation going. So I thought to myself " the heck" why not? So I went to the pharmacy and got myself some baby toothbrushes (we've got sensitive skin on our faces so why not be nice extra nice to our precious lips?) and vaseline.
Now I've got some extra in case a ..baby.. or two want the spend the night... welcome to daycare Ritzy we even provide your kids with their very own toothbrush.
Anyway I tried it out and it didn't do much for me.
I tried to take a decent after picture but I'm one of those lovely persons who like to live in the dark and dim light so the picture didn't turn out as good as I hoped, but it will have to do. I did some editing to blur away a few blemishes I had.
About the ''treatment'' I didn't notice much of a difference. However, it's a great exfoliation, get that blood pumping and getting rid of all the dead skin. Especially since I have my vertical labret it tends to get really dry around the piercing but no I wouldn't say it helped.

If you look really close you can see the scar from my off side labret I had several years ago, it's so small it just looks like a tiny dimple.
I didn't take a before picture but I have an old picture of my lips in their natural state:
I think my after picture looks a bit more ''swollen'' from the treatment and a lot jucier because of the vaseline.

So anyway, I went out shopping and browsing for some makeup and I found that M.A.C has this new collection called Archies girls.
I got super excited since I grew up with that comic.
I'm getting to that stage in life when I prefer the things I used to grow up with and I'm always referring to "the good old days" haha and I'm not even that old.
I think it's super cool that M.A.C decided to bring these guys back on the market. I really spent my entire childhood reading about Veronica and Betty and their struggle to get Archie to pick one of them.
It's now when I'm older that I find the comic kinda irritating. To simply put it for you young ones, Veronica and Betty are two very different classed ladies. Betty is the blond one and she's from this working class family, and Veronica is the black haired upper class girl and gets pretty much everything she wants from her dad, neither less to say that money's no problem in her world.I've always related to Betty because she's like me, easy going and she's working hard to get what she wants. They both like Archie and Archie likes them both. What pisses me off is that he's dating both of them at the same time. Neither of them is fine with it, but they keep battling over him even though they're best friends.I don't know what you think, but if a guy I like likes me back and my best friend, I'd have him make up his mind at some point. He can't keep dating us both when we clearly don't want to share him. If it was me, I'd drop him almost right away, I don't want a man who can't make up his mind. And I'd like to know that he didn't have trouble picking me over some other girl. This guy clearly don't know who he wants, and I'm sorry but if you don't know if it's me you really want, I'd make it really easy for you and just take that option away from you.
So about the makeup;
I really like the colors of the makeup, It reminds me a bit of limecrimes, but I'm not at all happy with their choices of models. I really don't think they got the right models to fit the characters. It just feels wrong and totally off. If you've been a fan of the comics like I've been, you'd be disappointed too.
I'm glad they chose the original character design on the makeup otherwise I wouldn't want to buy it.
I'm sorry but I just wouldn't. No offense to the models, I bet they're lovely and all, but they're not suited for the characters.
Hi guys! So there's something I've been thinking about a lot when it comes to make up and hairstyles. It's face shapes. Some of you might be thinking: why on earth do I need to know what kind of face shape I have? It's because it will help you so you know what kind of hairstyles that will flatter you most and, of course it will help you with the makeup as well.I have until recently believed that I had a rectangular face shape, but I found this website with better illustrations on how you can measure your face and to find out what shape you have.
